Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement export strategies to drive sales and market share in international markets.- Manage existing distributor relationships, providing support, training, and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences in target markets to adapt strategies accordingly.- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to tailor offerings to meet international market needs.- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with distributors to maximize profitability and brand visibility.Qualifications and Requirements:- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.- Proven experience in export management within the FMCG industry, especially in food and beverage products.- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, logistics, and supply chain management.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and across different cultures.
