We have an urgent opening with one of our esteemed clients in the Oil & Chemical industry, located in Bandra West, Mumbai.

Job Title: EXIM Manager

Experience:

7+

Industry Preference:

, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Engineering (Bulk, liquid, and tanker EXIM activities)

Key Responsibilities

Exports:

Manage DGFT licenses, EODC, Advance Licenses, LUT applications, RCMC compliance, and liaise with Customs.

Imports:

Execute import programs, maintain documentation, coordinate inspections, validate Bills of Entry, and review reports.

Insurance:

Prepare certificates and handle inland/marine insurance claims.

Documentation & Coordination:

Oversee pre/post-shipment documentation, shipment planning, freight negotiation, invoices, packing lists, MIS reports, and customs/excise clearance.

Logistics:

Arrange delivery orders, trailers, and ensure timely container clearance with no detention/demurrage.

General:

Support export-import operations and assist team with assigned tasks.
