Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Exim manager to join our team. The Exim Executive will be responsible for managing the export and import operations of the company, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and optimizing supply chain efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of export-import procedures, documentation, and logistics.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee all export and import activities, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics. Ensure compliance with export-import regulations and laws, including customs requirements, trade agreements, and export controls. Prepare and review shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping labels. Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and other logistics partners to arrange timely and cost-effective transportation of goods. Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays that may arise. Maintain accurate records of export-import transactions, including shipment schedules, customs declarations, and duty payments. Provide guidance and support to sales, procurement, and other departments on export-import procedures and requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in export-import operations, preferably in a manufacturing or trading company. Strong knowledge of export-import regulations, customs procedures, and international trade documentation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office applications and export-import software systems. Familiarity with Incoterms and international shipping terms. Certification or training in export-import management is a plus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
