Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced "Manager - Event Planning & Execution" to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale government and corporate events across Pan India. The ideal candidate will be skilled in conceptualizing event themes, managing logistics, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution within timelines and budgets.This is a leadership role where creativity meets precision, requiring expertise in event operations, vendor management, and compliance with government protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Strategy
Conceptualize and design event plans aligned with client and project objectives.
Prepare detailed proposals, budgets, and execution strategies.
Ensure alignment with government/organizational guidelines and compliance standards.
Execution & Operations
Oversee all event logistics including venue, stage setup, AV, hospitality, branding, and manpower.
Lead on-ground event execution with cross-functional teams.
Ensure smooth conduct of conferences, expos, exhibitions, and government promotional events.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Coordinate with government departments, PSUs, agencies, and vendors.
Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Team Leadership & Reporting
Manage event staff, vendors, and support teams during the planning and execution phases.
Monitor budgets, timelines, and KPIs to ensure successful delivery.
Prepare post-event reports, MIS, and documentation for client submission.
