Manager EV Design Quality
A purpose driven role for you
1. LL creation, deployment and verification in the New models related to EV.
2. Build quality measurement criteria & action planning related to ECN reduction
3. Manage new product Activities w.r.t EV design robustness and MP parts PTS reduction.
4. System level DFMEA session for the EV parts and cascading action priorities to PFMEA.
5. Management of Market Issues - ensure speedy resolution, horizontally deployment and Base Model Issue resolution in upcoming Models.
6. Enhance perceived quality score for the EV models
A Day in the life
1. Alignment with multiple stakeholders across the functions (within CIT, within Quality, within overall CFT )
2. Quality (along with cost) while choosing supplier Ist time right Approach with SS/VD as well as Proto machining route aligned with MP established Processes.
3. Structured approach among CIT CoC sharing E/F/C/D Part performance results w.r.t target specs
4. DFMEA discussion on New Technological Parts / EC N Parts / Top warranty parts
