Governance
End to End governance on the various test phases mandated by SCB's SDF standards and unified test model framework
Understanding the regularity requirements for various regions
Provides assistance in all testing-related activities from test strategy phase, requirements gathering, test preparation and execution, test data and environment management as well as post implementation reviews
Work with delivery and project managers to ensure that all test phases are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget which includes test planning and scheduling across multiple projects and BAU deliveries
Overall stakeholder management, regular meetings & reporting to project sponsor/s and project managers
Supporting the Internal and external audits by providing the necessary test deliverables.
Interaction with end-users and UAT lead counterparts, Production Support and other Technology partners
