About the role
As an ESG Manager, you will drive sustainability initiatives, green building certifications and ESG reporting, ensuring compliance with global frameworks. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to achieve decarbonization, sustainable construction and impactful ESG outcomes for the real estate industry.
Key responsibilities

• Deep understanding of global and national green building standards, including IGBC (Indian Green Building Council), LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies)
• Certification in green buildings is preferred
• Strong knowledge of ESG issues relevant to the real estate industry, including decarbonization, waste management, green building standards and sustainable construction materials
• Deep understanding of ESG reporting and rating frameworks such as GRI (Global Reporting Initiative), DJSI (Dow Jones Sustainability Index), GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark), SASB (Sustainability Accounting Standards Board), TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures), CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project), UNGC (United Nations Global Compact) and MSCI (Morgan Stanley Capital International)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders

• MBA from a premium institute

Experience:

• Experience in supply chain sustainability, including sustainable sourcing, supplier engagement and capacity-building initiatives

Skills:

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and PowerBI, with strong analytical capabilities
