Job Title Key Responsibilities & Competencies . Ensuring compliances under S&E Act and Factory Act. . Understanding of GIG and Platform worker model. . Interact and co-ordinate with compliance partners and internal/external stakeholders . Litigation Management . Responsible for smooth handling and closure of the Incidence Management viz. Disciplinary Action, POSHand Grievances. . Vetting and reviewing services agreements, policy documents, appointment letters and other correspondence. . Handling of union and labour unrest . Plan for Risk mitigation . Review latest amendment in labour laws. . Advice & develop different employment mix-models viz GIG workforce, Entrepreneur model etc. . Due Diligence of new sites .
