Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory. - Drive the complete sales cycle: lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure. - Consistently achieve revenue targets and key performance indicators. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, including engagement with multi-level decision-makers. - Understand client requirements and propose value-driven solutions. - Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding. - Stay updated on company solutions, industry trends, and market opportunities. - Maintain accurate pipeline and sales reports in CRM.Required Qualifications & Experience: - 5-8 years of experience in selling Software Solutions & Services to enterprise customers. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing. - Strong knowledge of solution-selling techniques and account management skills. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets consistently. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Strong industry network and existing C-level relationships. - Self-motivated, adaptable, result-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
