Job Description

- We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive large-account growth across our HR Tech SaaS portfolio - Xooper, GlueBlu, and Xooper Advance.- This role is meant for a strategic, relationship-driven sales professional who can engage confidently with CHROs, CXOs, and senior decision-makers, understand their workforce challenges, and position technology-led solutions that deliver measurable business impact.- You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the enterprise sales motion - from pipeline generation to closure - and in building long-term partnerships with leading organizations.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle for HR Tech SaaS solutions across India and key global markets.- Build and manage relationships with CHROs, CXOs, and HR Leadership Teams to drive adoption and expansion.- Conduct impactful executive presentations, demos, and solution pitches tailored to customer needs.- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities.- Partner with internal teams - Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Strategy - to deliver integrated client solutions.- Negotiate commercial terms, manage proposals, and close large deals with multi-stakeholder decision cycles.- Continuously track market trends, competitor positioning, and pricing benchmarks to refine go-to-market strategy.- Deliver consistent achievement of quarterly and annual revenue goals.Qualifications & Skills:- 5-10 years of proven experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS Sales, preferably in HRTech/HRMS/ATS/Employee Engagement/People Analytics domains.- Demonstrated success selling to or influencing CHROs, CXOs, and HR Leadership Teams.- Strong business acumen with a consultative and solution-oriented approach.- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.- Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles, procurement processes, and stakeholder management.- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Fresh sales) for pipeline tracking and forecasting.- Self-starter with strong ownership, resilience, and execution focus.Why Join Us:- Work with innovative HR Tech SaaS products that redefine how organizations engage and empower their people.- Be part of a fast-scaling, product-first company driving digital transformation in HR.- Opportunity to shape the enterprise sales strategy for India and global markets.- High-growth role with performance-linked incentives and leadership pathways.- Collaborative culture that values ownership, innovation, and impact.
