We are seeking a qualified and motivated candidate looking to take on a Manager role for the IT Enterprise Applications organization. This person will manage Business Systems Analysts responsible for the new business system development and existing system improvement. Supporting and enhancing these systems involves managing the functional deliverables of the software development life cycle (e.g. process flows, requirements, functional designs, etc.) and coordinating with various IT and business stakeholders to get system changes implemented. Manager, Enterprise Applications should be able to configure applications, possess analytical and problem solving skills to effectively gather requirements, identify and qualify alternatives, design efficient solutions and coordinate with technical team to deploy changes to production.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders around prioritization, coordination and escalation of projects, enhancements and issues related to SAP Finance, HR/Success Factors, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales Operation, Service Operations, Procurement, BASIS, GRC, Ultipro, Coupa, Concur, and other applications

Manage and mentor Business Systems Specialists (BSS) and Business Systems Analysts (BSA) that are delivering systems projects as well as supporting production systems.

Conduct regular meetings with cross-regional and cross-functional business stakeholders to understand their business needs. Establish timelines and deliver the requirements as application enhancements.

Motivate and inspire the team to work collaboratively to achieve the objectives.

Partner closely with project management, application development, and systems infrastructure teams to ensure projects are prioritized correctly and are aligned with their sponsor\'s objectives.

Oversee applications projects, including coordination with internal business partners and external vendors, to ensure the projects deliver the scope on time and within budget.

Lead BSSs and BSAs to implement industry best practices regarding the collection, management, prioritization, communication, and release of production support issues and enhancements.

Motivate the team to continuously improve by providing frequent, clear, and consistent feedback, by providing one-on-one mentoring and by providing training opportunities.

Maintain a goal-oriented and enjoyable team culture focused on continually taking Dolby\'s systems to the next level of maturity and operational efficiency.

Interact with other staff as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operation of business systems using a diplomatic, professional, and service-oriented approach.

Monitor support operations to ensure SLAs are met. Proactively communicate to user/user community for relevant updates and resolution. Participate in Problems and Knowledge initiatives and other process improvements.

Apply continuous learning and research to acquire knowledge in new technologies introduced by application vendors.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with information management systems.

Minimum of 2-years of experience as a direct manager of IT professionals, including developers and business systems analysts.

Experience leading, implementing, and supporting solutions in SAP, SuccessFactors, Concur, and other major Cloud systems

Extensive experience working in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from project inception through go-live and stabilization.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including extensive experience meeting and presenting to senior executives.

Strong project management skills including the ability to define the project scope, establish a timeline, coordinate resources, communicate status, and manage the delivery of results.

Demonstrated ability to organize information and processes in a logical and efficient manner.

Track record of successful management of concurrent deliverables on time, and with high-quality, within a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to lead by influence and to impact business decisions through effective networking.

Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to effectively coordinate and manage cross-functional and technical activities.

Exposure to a controls-based environment with SOX-404 experience.

High degree of professionalism when addressing and resolving issues.

Excellent use of applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, ServiceNow, Confluence, Jira, Tosca, QTest.
