:Job Purpose/Objective:Asset management, Planning and Scheduling of equipment maintenanceKey responsibilities * Administration of Enterprise Asset Management Software MAXIMO

• Generate maintenance forecast.
• Planning of preventive, predictive & Corrective maintenance jobs
• Estimate the work hours required to complete the maintenance tasks.
• Map the available maintenance labour with the maintenance backlog and maintenance windows.
• Print and distribute PM work orders to the designated maintenance supervisors.
• Determine the parts, tools and equipment necessary to complete the job.
• Manage the maintenance backlog according to the task priorities and equipment criticality.
• Responsible to update the work order information after execution is completed, communicate with supervisors as necessary.
• Follow up on work orders according to the status and trigger actions as necessary.
• Responsible for the accuracy of maintenance performance indicators data
• Provide training and mentoring in the use of Maximo to all personnel.
• Ensure information in Maximo is up to date and accurate.
• Provide Maximo reports as required.
• Coordinate day-to-day maintenance schedule with maintenance supervisors.
• Coordinate with supervisors for the correct closure of the work orders with adequate feedback.
• Managing all Statutory compliance pertaining to Engineering facility and equipment
• Engineering audits coordination
• To prepare monthly Terminal, Regional and BI Reports
• OPEX / CAPEX budgeting documentation
• Engineering AMCs documentation
• Asset management and verification in coordination with Finance

Skills and Competencies

• Computer Knowledge
• Knowledge and experience on CMMS , preferably MAXIMO
• Good Communication and Report Writing skills

Educational Qualification (min)BE / Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical EngineeringPreferred Certifications if any:Maintenance Management Professional CertificationRange/ Min no of years - of overall Experience required :

• Diploma Holder with 6 to 10 years of experience
• Degree holder with 5 to 10 years of experience
