• To attend the breakdown of all production and Utility machines and maintain the record.
• To ensure and provide technical trainings to the team.
• To carry out the Preventive Maintenance as per schedule and make necessary entries of Preventive maintenance in SAP (PM Module).
• To ensure calibration activities on timely.
• To initiate Opex budget and improvement projects at site.
• To allocate the workman/Technician as per requirement.
• To arrange necessary spares required before and after the preventive maintenance of machines.
• To maintain inventory of Plant machines.
• To work in hand for implementation of new projects / Modification of system in plant and supervise civil related works.
• To Prepare /Update & implement existing SOP, New SOPs and maintain compliance.
• To attend audits like internal inspection, CQ Regulatory audit and other regulatory audit and ensure compliance to the observations.
