? 10-15 years depending on scope of project Engineering & Technical Design Experience ? Proven development and execution experience of the Mega Projects. ? Knowledge in given category - Project Execution, Refrigeration & Air category Knowledge, Market Know how for Refrigeration and Air conditioners. ? System design - Refrigeration & Air conditioning ? System integration - Integrate all the subsystems to deliver the product in the market. PDP: Product Design Development, Production Process Development Creo/Windchill knowledge is an added advantage. Educational Qualification - Graduate / Post-graduate in Mechanical Engg. ( Mechanical /Structural Design) Project Management - Ability to lead/close multiple projects at the same time -Behavioural Aspect : ₹ Ability to deal with ambiguity Your responsibilities will include Manage system integration of products in Production Development Projects for India & Export Asia Market Ensure project development activities are completed on time, meeting all requirements, including cost, quality & performance, targets to support the project plans and project execution Responsible for system level design/cost/quality/time trade-offs and technical decision making for issue resolution within the project/product plan guardrails Manage/Release of EBOMs based on project charter and architecture definition Designate high contributing factors toward each function as a Special Characteristic Strong consumer orientation Customer Centricity
