Act as the primary point of contact for Deloitte Greenhouse across internal/ external stakeholders.
Plan and facilitate art-of-possible/ blue-sky visioning workshops in partnership with client stakeholders (internal/ external). This will involve, but will not be limited to, aligning workshop objectives and program structure, designing workshop content, planning logistics etc.
Translate complex problems into structured programs with clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Drive adoption of emerging technologies by integrating digital collaboration tools, impact-focused immersive learning & development programs to program design and delivery.
Plan workshop outcomes with the customer experience at the heart of all activities. Drive KPIs and dashboards to measure learning impact delivered.
Communicate insights, recommendations, and progress updates through concise and compelling written and verbal communication.
Collaborate with Deloitte business leaders across Human-Capital, AI, Technology etc. to understand evolving skill requirements and integrate learning initiatives into business transformation efforts.
Manage budgets, vendors, and resources for the centre's operations.
Maintain and continuously program delivery processes, templates, and frameworks etc.
Contribute to eminence work by regularly publishing thought-papers and client success stories
Keep abreast with the cutting edge / world class learning resources and advise on resources that will strengthen the delivery of greenhouse
Qualifications
==================
8-12 years of experience in innovation, design thinking, strategy design, environmental psychology/ human capital, or a related role.
Desirable:
Certification in design thinking facilitation is a plus (LUMA, IDEO U)
Exposure of working with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, Klaxoon etc.).
Experience of working in large, global, or matrixed organizations.
