Manager - Employer Branding - Campus Hiring - 4+ Years - MumbaiWe are looking for a passionate Employer Branding professional to develop and execute branding strategies that enhance the organization's image as an employer of choice. This is a dynamic and creative role responsible for digital campaigns, on-ground events, partnerships, and employee engagement programs.Location - Mumbai (Head Office)Your Future Employer - A global leader in beauty and innovation, known for its commitment to sustainability, diversity, and cutting-edge digital transformation. • Lead brand activation events such as innovation challenges and campus initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, TA, Communications, and global teams to align branding narratives.
• Curate digital content and assets for the India careers website and social media platforms.
• Promote HR programs internally to increase advocacy and employee engagement.
• Partner with external publishers and HR platforms to drive brand visibility.

Requirements - * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, HR, or a related field.

• 3-4 years of experience in Employer Branding and/or Marketing.
• Strong experience with social media platforms, content creation, and brand strategy.
• Proven track record in organizing on-ground activations and digital campaigns.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and collaboration skills.
