Develop and implement the annual employee engagement calendar (corporate, retail, and production teams).
Design initiatives that drive morale, teamwork, and workplace culture aligned with organizational values.
Analyze engagement trends and propose improvements.
2. Employee Experience & Communication
Act as the primary point of contact for employee experience across all locations.
Ensure transparent, timely internal communication through emails, newsletters, and announcements.
Conduct employee pulse checks, surveys, and feedback sessions.
3. Recognition & Reward Programs
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual recognition initiatives (Best Performer, Store Awards, Production Excellence, etc.).
Design reward frameworks to drive performance and motivation.
Track recognition participation and impact metrics.
4. Events & Activities
Plan and execute engagement events:
Festivals & celebrations
Birthday and work anniversary programs
Team-building activities
CSR initiatives
Townhalls & leadership communication sessions
Coordinate logistics, budgets, and vendor management.
5. Employee Relations Support
Conduct skip-level meetings, listening sessions, grievance intake, and employee connect programs.
Identify early warning signs of attrition and dissatisfaction.
Work closely with HRBP and People & Culture Head to resolve issues.
6. Retention & Culture Building
Implement initiatives that strengthen culture, belongingness, and Smoor values.
Support programs that reduce attrition across retail, production, and corporate teams.
Drive inclusion, diversity, and wellbeing initiatives.
7. Engagement Metrics & Reporting
Create engagement dashboards, participation trackers, and quarterly reports.
Present data-driven insights to leadership.
8. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination
Partner with department head to tailor engagement activities.
Align initiatives with brand, marketing, and L&D when required.
