Role Summary
The
Manager, Emerging Leader Pathways
role is focused on building the leadership pipeline that will fuel iTeach's next decade of impact. You will lead core initiatives that accelerate educators into their next role -- teachers into Lead Teachers, Lead Teachers into School Leaders -- ensuring a strong, mission-critical talent pipeline for our schools and the wider education ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone who loves designing learning experiences and developing people. Your north star: enabling educators to grow at twice their current speed, so that thousands of children experience world-class leadership in their schools.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities fall into three categories: School Leader Academy (SLA), Aspiring School Leadership Track, and Internal Pipeline Development.
I. Lead the iTeach School Leader Academy (SLA)
Lead the design and execution of https://www.iteachschools.org/sl-academy-2, which selects and trains 20 high-potential leaders (current mid-level managers) annually toward our vision of SL100. SL 100 aims to fuel the education ecosystem with 100 highly impactful School Leaders for the highest-need schools over the next five years.
Recruit exceptional talent from across 20+ partner Schools/School networks.
Work closely with expert facilitators to anchor high-quality modules on instructional excellence, school culture, strategic leadership, and people development.
Manage program operations, assessments, and feedback systems while continuously improving the experience.
Build and nurture a strong SLA alumni network that supports School Leaders in their first three critical foundation years of the SL role.
II. Lead the iTeach Aspiring School Leadership Track (ASLT)
Design and lead a professional development track for 50+ stellar teachers aspiring to become Lead Teachers, Instructional Coaches, or future School Leaders.
Create exposure opportunities, learning experiences, and practice-based modules for these educators.
Partner with schools and fellowships to identify and support the strongest educator talent across the ecosystem.
III. Internal Leadership Pipeline Development
Build systems within iTeach to identify high-potential educators early and accelerate their readiness for leadership roles.
Design individualized development journeys focusing on instruction, culture, leadership, and mindset.
Partner with School Leaders and HR to create exposure opportunities, coaching pathways, and structured growth plans.
Prerequisites:
Required: 4+ years of experience in education.
Required: Prior experience in coaching educators, leadership development, or leading professional development programs.
Strong learning design, facilitation, and project management skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position ranges from 8.7 - 10 LPA CTC, and we are dedicated to providing top-notch industry benefits.
