Store Manager

to oversee our showroom operations and lead our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the showroom and ensure smooth functioning. Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets. Maintain inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment of products. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalations professionally. Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for management. Implement company policies, promotions, and store campaigns. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or similar role in electronics retail (mobiles/laptops). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage a team and drive sales performance. Knowledge of retail management best practices. Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems. Graduate degree preferred; MBA in Retail/Management is a plus.
