Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage electrical systems and utilities across commercial/IT Park projects. Oversee DG AMC, electricity billing, and vendor management. Handle fire alarm systems, LT/HT panels, and transformers. Prepare & check BOQs, MIS, and management reports. Coordinate with UPPCL for liaisoning and statutory compliance. Attend site complaints and ensure timely project execution.

Qualifications:

B. Tech in Electrical Engineering Minimum 5 years' experience with a builder firm (NCR preferred) Strong technical and coordination skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
