- Develop and implement electrical project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Oversee the execution of electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement necessary solutions
- Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of learning and development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical projects with overall project objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications: Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field (required)
- master's degree in electrical engineering or project management (preferred) Experience:
- 10-15 years of experience in the Power/Energy industry - Proven track record in managing electrical projects
