Job Description

A Manager - Electrical Project (DRI & Power) oversees the end-to-end execution, design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems for Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) plants and power infrastructure. Key duties include managing budgets, schedules, contractors, safety compliance, and technical specifications for industrial electrical projects.
Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Lead full-lifecycle electrical projects from conceptual design to commissioning.
• Technical Management: Review engineering drawings, BOQs, and calculations, ensuring compliance with IS/IEC standards.
• Budget & Schedule: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and costs to ensure completion within budget.
• Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Site Supervision: Supervise installation, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety standards and statutory regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 7-12 years in industrial electrical projects, particularly in power or manufacturing sectors.
• Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical design, project management software, and cost estimation.
• Salary: Average in India ranges from ?13.0 lakhs to ?43.8 lakhs.
