2. Completes engineering projects by organizing and controlling project
elements.
3. Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and
conferring with management.
4. Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements,
assigning personnel to phases and elements, and reviewing bids from
contractors.
5. Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer
requirements, and performance standards.
6. Completes technical studies and prepares cost estimates.
7. Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications,
calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
8. Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating
activities, and resolving problems.
9. Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling
changes, and recommending actions.10. Controls project costs by approving expenditures and administering contractor
contracts.
11. Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
information and trends; recommending actions.
12. Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies,
performance standards and specifications

represent them in the field

24. Technical Oversight: Ensuring the engineering designs and technical
specifications meet the required standards and are implemented correctly.
25. Resource Management: Allocating appropriate resources and ensuring their
availability throughout the project.
26. Risk Management: Identifying project risks related to technical executions and
proposing mitigation strategies.
27. Quality Control: Ensuring the project delivers to the agreed standards and
specifications, often through testing and quality assurance practices.
28. Documentation: Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project technical
documentation and reports.
29. Coordination day to day basis with end customer, construction team, project
team, internal team members and guide them for project task and aim to
achieve the target within time limit.
30. Motivate the team members towards the quality, time and schedule of project.
31. Acquainted team member to achieve goal within time and within budget.
32. Develop the team and vendors, sub-contractors to create the competition.
