The Electrical Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing all electrical maintenance activities within the facility, ensuring that electrical systems, equipment, and machinery are maintained in optimal condition. This position involves managing a team of maintenance engineers and technicians, developing maintenance strategies, improving operational efficiency, reducing downtime, and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards. The Electrical Maintenance Manager will work closely with the General Manager to implement the maintenance strategy, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvement in plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of the plant's electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, Utilities and other Plant equipment's.
Ensure that electrical systems are maintained and functioning efficiently with minimal downtime.
Assist in the design, planning, and implementation of electrical upgrades, installations, and modifications to enhance production efficiency.
Provide input for continuous improvement initiatives, including cost-saving opportunities related to electrical operations and energy consumption.
Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to minimize unplanned downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Lead root-cause analysis of recurring electrical problems and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of electrical works, including maintenance logs, repair histories, parts usage, and safety inspections.
Work closely with other departments (Production, Quality Control, Facilities, etc.) to align electrical maintenance activities with overall production goals.
Collaborate with vendors and contractors on electrical projects, repairs, and equipment procurement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
At least 10 years of experience in electrical maintenance or engineering within a manufacturing environment, with a focus on industrial electrical systems.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve mechanical issues quickly and efficiently.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in reporting, maintenance activities, and compliance with safety standards.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of Electrical systems, Motor controls, PLCs, Drives, electrical schematics, and control panels.
Ample Experience with industrial equipment such as motors, generators, transformers, circuit breakers, and instrumentation.
