Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in

Electrical Engineering

10-15 years

of relevant experience in

commercial construction projects

, preferably

malls or large commercial buildings

. Experience working with

PMC, EPC, or reputed construction companies

. Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, panels, and power distribution.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Manager - Electrical

to oversee electrical works for large-scale

commercial construction projects

, including

shopping malls and commercial buildings

. The role involves end-to-end management of electrical systems with a key focus on

substation shifting, coordination, and execution

in a live project environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all

electrical engineering activities

for commercial construction projects. Plan, execute, and monitor

HT/LT electrical systems

, power distribution, lighting, earthing, and fire alarm systems. Manage and coordinate

substation shifting

, including approvals, shutdown planning, liaison with utility authorities, and safe execution. Coordinate with architects, civil teams, MEP consultants, contractors, and statutory bodies to ensure seamless project execution. Review and approve electrical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and method statements. Ensure compliance with

local electrical codes, safety standards, and statutory regulations

. Monitor project schedules, quality benchmarks, and cost control related to electrical works. Supervise contractors and vendors, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship. Identify risks and proactively resolve technical and execution-related challenges on site. Support commissioning, testing, and handover of electrical systems.
