Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Source and negotiate Electrical & Electronic components (DC-DC, Charger, MCU, etc.) Apply technical knowledge in EMS & SMT parts Handle online costing, float RFQs, and estimate cost investments Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors Collaborate with Engineering and Suppliers for DFM and prototype samples Propose equivalent parts during stockouts and initiate cost reduction (VAVE) Manage price changes, ECNs, BOM revisions, and SAP MM updates Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of deliverables Analyze vendor performance, plan and review production schedules Monitor weekly/monthly production adjustments Conduct vendor evaluations with STA Participate in PPAP submissions with SQA Execute DCRN & ECR/ECN processes
