Manager / Deputy Manager - Tool Room

Qualification:

Bachelor's / Diploma in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day tool room operations, ensuring efficient production and maintenance of tools.

Supervise and mentor toolmakers, machinists, and technicians.

Oversee tool design, fabrication, repair, and modification for sheet metal and plastic moulding.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams for tooling needs and improvements.

Implement preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Manage tool inventory, budgets, and documentation.

Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Skills & Experience:

Exp: - 12 +Years

Proven experience in tool room management or tool making.

Strong knowledge of tooling, machining, and manufacturing processes.

Proficient in CAD and CNC programming.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Experience in automotive, aerospace, or precision manufacturing preferred.

Familiar with ERP systems and safety regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹271,950.63 - ₹1,185,886.75 per year
