Handling Distribution and Commercial function of Jaipur CFA.
a. Monitor Receivables and control DSP within 28 days, stock indenting and inventory management; timely execution of orders.
b. Administration of Company business at location and providing support, liaisoning with local trade association.
c. Providing customer services, timely dispatch of promo and sample inputs to field and coordination with field.
Ensuring compliance of all statutory requirements such as licenses, assessments, filing returns, professional tax, sales tax/VAT (old), GST etc by CFA.
Ensuring smooth CFA operations; handling cold chain products, development and training of CFA staff.
Handling proper Storage and forwarding of FG.
- Tracking market returns - handling expiry/breakage returns and disposal of the same as per SOP.
Handling Ex. Jaipur Logistics.
- Identifying reliable Transporter, negotiation and review of vendor performance.
Strong knowledge of SAP MM & SD module.
