Job Title: SME Direct Taxation

Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time
Core Purpose of the Role: Direct Tax (Corporate Tax, International Tax, Transfer Pricing and Cross Border Transactions) - Compliance, reporting, planning, advisory, audit and litigation across various levels
Role Accountabilities
Compiling information and preparation of Corporate Tax Return, Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing compliance, review of TDS returns and Form 15CA/CB
Preparation of submissions and representation before tax authorities with respect to assessment, appeals and TDS proceedings across various levels
Provide WHT implications on payments to residents and non-residents as per Income-tax Act and DTAAs.
Analyse income tax implications on potential mergers/acquisition and business restructuring
Analyse income tax implications on issues related to day to day transactions and impact of changes in the Income-tax Act, 1961 over the business of the company including implementation of the same.
Maintain detailed MIS of direct tax matters
Preparation of tax provision, deferred tax and contingent liability schedule.

Specific requirements for this role
Experience: 5-8 Yrs. of experience in Direct Taxation (International, Transfer Pricing and corporate Taxation) preferably in industry
Demonstrated Capability:
Should be able to work with the Senior people of the organization
Should have the Good interpersonal skills
Should have the excellent Job knowledge and Analytical skills
Should be pro-active in nature
Education: CA with 5- 8 years of experience in Direct & International Taxation
Skills and Capabilities
Person should have the experience in Direct and International Taxation.
Person should have a very good interpersonal skills, logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Understanding on Indian Accounting standards
Proficiency in SAP - FICO
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Experience in Pharma Industry would be an added advantage
Follow 100% compliance in Data security and Safety.
