Job Title: Direct Sales Manager Location: Belgaum Job Type: Full-time CTC: - 3.00 - 3.45LPA (based on experience + performance incentives) Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred) Experience: 1-2years in direct sales (B2C or B2B) Job Role:- Drive direct sales of company products/services to customers.-- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.- Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calls, or referrals.- Deliver product presentations and close deals.- Maintain strong follow-up and customer relationship management.- Update sales records in CRM or sales tracking systems.- Report daily activity to the Regional/Area Manager.
