• Your role will bring technical expertise with project management acumen, ensuring seamless coordination and the successful implementation of AI/ML initiatives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, scope, and objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify potential project risks related to AI/ML implementation and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and address issues that could impact project timelines or outcomes.

• Implement project reviews and quality assurance to execute goals and stakeholder satisfaction successfully.

• Gather a detailed understanding of the GSK portfolio, principles and company direction and embed these in the projects.

We are looking for professionals with these skills to achieve our goals. If you have them, we would like to speak to you.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Master\'s degree preferred.

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience, preferably involving AI/ML implementation.

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and technologies. Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks is a plus. \xe2\x80\xa2 Have worked as Scrum Master or Agile Coach

• Consulting mindset with impactful story lining and presentation skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Agile and new ways of working with practitioner \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent interpersonal (communication and presentation) and organisational skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude \xe2\x80\xa2 Superb persuading and influencing skills
