Primary Function of Position
The Manager, Digital Product Portfolio Marketing, India is responsible for leading marketing strategy development and execution for our Digital Product Portfolio. Core job responsibilities include leading go-to-market planning, market research, insights generation, and marketing execution in a highly collaborative environment. It will involve working closely with Corporate, Regional, and Country marketing teams to drive Digital Product Portfolio readiness, launch, adoption, utilization, and customer satisfaction. As a leader for our Digital Product Portfolio, this individual will be responsible for understanding the needs of our customers and working closely with cross-functional teams to build and execute growth strategies and plans that meet the unique needs and requirements across the country.
The Intuitive digital portfolio is an exciting set of products that enable tele-collaboration, AI and ML based post-surgery insights for skill refinement and simulated learning.
Essential Job Duties
Design and execute integrated marketing strategies that differentiate the digital portfolio and drive da Vinci adoption and growth in alignment with business objectives.
Align Digital Product Portfolio vision with commercial stakeholders to launch Digital Products and accelerate their adoption.
Ensure a consistent planning process with product positioning, value messaging, and local commercial execution. Conduct post-launch analysis with Market teams to track execution effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to achieve goals.
Identify, establish, and promote best practices to improve sales and marketing competencies for the Digital Product Portfolio.
Collect feedback from tradeshows, market research, customer interviews, focus groups, and KOL case observations related to the Digital Product Portfolio. Generate specific insights for existing and upcoming Digital products in the pipeline.
Develop productive relationships with KOLs and leverage them to advocate value of our Digital Product Portfolio.
Support Product Management teams to help address product quality issues and help manage EOL plans as they arise.
Qualifications

Ability to lead departmental and cross-functional projects and teams. Strong track record of leading strategic initiatives from concept through to completion.
Proven ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines and influence cross-functional teams globally and locally without hierarchical authority.
Can operate and drive results and set priorities with limited supervision.
Effectively takes decisions and resolves issues that impact multiple teams and departments, given the broad scope of responsibilities often involving complex strategies and high-level objectives.
Consistently communicates effectively across varying organizational levels. Effectively takes the lead in communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders. Proven ability to effectively position and message products or services internally and externally.
Familiar with qualitative and quantitative market research methods. Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles.
Required Education and Training
8+ years of professional experience in medical devices product marketing or a similar commercial role. Surgical experience is desired.
A bachelor's degree in business, IT, engineering, healthcare, or related disciplines is required. An advanced degree in the field of study or MBA is preferred.
3+ years of experience in Digital and Healthcare IT product marketing is preferred. Working knowledge of cloud technology, software as a service, and their adoption in healthcare and hospital environments is also preferred.
Working Conditions
Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Ability to work inside operating theatre and with the hospital stakeholders to enable digital solution deployment is preferred
Familiarity with the healthcare data privacy and compliance requirements is preferred
