: Assist in planning and executing Digital Manufacturing projects, particularly in areas related to shop floor automation, and sales and business development projects.
SFA Tool Administration
: Manage and maintain the Sales Force Automation (SFA) tool, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting. Provide training and support to users as needed.
Project Coordination/Management
: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital projects such as Purchase, Logistics, Quality, SCM, Engineering, NPD etc. to ensure digital projects meet timelines, budgets, and objectives.
Vendor Management
: Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors/partners for digital solutions and services. Ensure vendor performance aligns with project requirements, timelines, SLAs, and quality standards.
Change Management
: Drive adoption of new digital tools and processes by engaging stakeholders, managing communication, facilitating training sessions, and addressing resistance to change.
Data Analysis and Reporting
: Utilize Excel and other data analysis tools to generate reports, analyse data trends, and support decision-making processes related to digital initiatives.
Documentation and Communication
: Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project developments.
Continuous Improvement
: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support sales and business development efforts.
Training and Support
: Assist in training staff on new digital tools and technologies, fostering a culture of digital literacy within the organization.
Candidate Profile:
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
: 6-10 years of experience in Digital Manufacturing, project management, or a related field, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Technical Skills
:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
Familiarity with digital tools, OEE Implementation, P2P & O2I Automation and sales support.
Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
Should have sound knowledge SAP Integration architecture, Middleware, Databases, On Prem Servers etc.
