Position Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven and creative
Assistant Manager / Manager for Digital Marketing
to lead our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital trends, hands-on experience with e-commerce marketing, and the ability to drive customer acquisition and engagement through innovative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with ApkaMart's goals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize marketing efforts
Social Media Management:
Oversee ApkaMart's presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Plan, create, and execute engaging content (reels, posts, stories) to build brand awareness and drive traffic.
Monitor trends and innovate campaigns to enhance engagement.
Performance Marketing:
Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) for conversions and ROI.
Conduct A/B testing and track key performance metrics like CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
SEO and Content Marketing:
Oversee on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic rankings and visibility.
Collaborate with the content team to create blogs, product descriptions, and newsletters.
Email Marketing and CRM:
Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and re-engage customers.
Manage customer databases for segmented and targeted outreach.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to monitor campaign performance.
Prepare monthly reports on digital marketing activities and suggest actionable insights.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the product, design, and operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaigns.
Guide and mentor junior digital marketing team members (if applicable).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, and email marketing platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO and SEM practices.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
