Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and innovation-oriented Digital Leader to drive our end-to-end digital strategy. This role will lead ROI-based performance in lead generation and portfolio growth by leveraging Mar Tech, AI-driven marketing, analytics, and omnichannel platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the organization's digital transformation roadmap aligned with business goals.
Drive ROI-focused lead generation campaigns across SEO/SEM, social, programmatic, influencer, and content marketing.
Own KPIs including CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, engagement, and portfolio growth metrics.
Lead Mar Tech stack implementation and optimization (CRM, CDP, CMS, Marketing Automation, Analytics tools).
Build and monitor data dashboards with real-time insights to track ROI and growth.
Drive customer journey mapping, personalization, and real-time segmentation for precision targeting.
Mentor and scale a digital-first team (performance, CRM, content, UX/UI, data science).
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and IT.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or Technology (MBA preferred).
5-8 years of progressive digital leadership experience (high growth/transformational environments preferred).
Expertise in Mar Tech, analytics, CX/UX, performance marketing, and ROI-based digital strategies.
Proven track record in ROI-led lead generation and portfolio growth.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
