The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing all digital channels, optimizing campaigns based on analytics, and ensuring the brand stands out in a competitive, lifestyle-driven market.Job responsibilities : Strategy & Planning : 1. Develop and implement the brands digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels. 2. Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to align digital campaigns with broader brand and business goals.Social Media Management : 1. Manage daily operations of all social media platforms 2. Create and schedule content calendars, stories, reels, and community engagement strategies.3. Analyze performance and adjust content strategy for optimal reach and engagement.4. Oversee the websites content, design, and performance Performance Marketing : 1. Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms.2. Track ad performance and continuously optimize for ROI, conversions, and customer acquisition costs.Influencer & Content Collaboration: 1. Identify and engage with relevant influencers and content creators.2. Coordinate branded content collaborations and ensure alignment with brand tone and aesthetics.Analytics & Reporting: 1. Monitor key metrics across all digital platforms 2.
