We are Young Brand , running a 97 room Hotel in Chandigarh with 2 Banquet Halls of 2000 sq ft & 10,000 sq t , Bar , Restaurant & Al fresco Open air dining

We are looking for a dynamic Digital marketing manager to develop and implement marketing plans to promote the Hotels products and services by overseeing campaigns across digital channels. To conduct market research, analyze data, manage budgets, collaborate with sales and creative teams, and track campaign performance to ensure alignment with business goals. Key responsibilities

Strategy and planning:

Develop marketing plans, strategies, and budgets to support business objectives, including promotional activities and pricing strategies.

Campaign management:

Conceptualize, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.

Market research:

Gather customer and market insights to identify target audiences, opportunities, and effective outreach strategies.

Data analysis:

Track and analyze campaign performance to measure effectiveness, track ROI, and optimize strategies for better results.

Cross-functional collaboration:

Work with internal teams like sales, creative, and product development, as well as external partners and agencies.

Content and material oversight:

Guide the creative direction and manage the content for marketing materials, including digital assets, print, and public-facing communications.

Budget management:

Establish, manage, and evaluate marketing budgets to ensure efficient expenditure.

Reporting:

Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, strategy, and budget to senior management. #

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
