We are looking for the following position with NSE/BSE listed leading real estate group engaged in High value properties, townships, megamalls and 5 star hotels.

Position: Manager - Digital Marketing

Job Location: Bangalore

Desired Profile:

1.Preferably Engineering & MBA in Marketing with 4-8 years of work experience with reputed Digital Marketing Agencies in driving sales through Digital Marketing with B2B, B2C companies.

2. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

2. Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Job Profile:

1. Develop marketing/digital strategies for residential projects that align with the organization\'s business goals.

2. Coordinating with various agencies to manage campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.

3. Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

4. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience

6. Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies

7. Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features). Analyze social media & Digital Campaigns.

8. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

9. Create monthly reports on the effectiveness of marketing activities by getting reference reports from the sales team and present it to the management.
