As a fast-growing D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brand, digital is at the heart of everything we do from storytelling and influencer marketing to data-driven performance campaigns.Were now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead this charge and scale our brands digital presence across channels.: Digital MarketingRole Overview:The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, community growth, and online sales. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical ability ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.You will collaborate closely with the content, creative, product, and e-commerce teams to create marketing experiences that excite our audience and drive measurable growth.Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Planning Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with brand goals, launch calendars, and growth targets.- Identify target audiences and build digital journeys that attract, engage, and convert.- Set monthly and quarterly goals for traffic, acquisition, engagement, and ROI.2. Social Media & Community Building- Own and manage the brands social media channels (Instagram, YouTube, Quora, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).- Create and oversee the content calendar, ensuring consistent storytelling, tone, and aesthetics.- Drive community engagement through organic campaigns, interactive content, and brand collaborations.- Experiment with trending formats (e.g., reels, short-form videos, live sessions, beauty challenges).3. Influencer & KOL Marketing- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, beauty creators, and brand ambassadors.- Design co-branded campaigns, gifting programs, and influencer partnerships.- Track performance, engagement, and sales impact from influencer collaborations.- Build long-term relationships with top-performing creators.4. Performance Marketing & Growth- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and emerging channels.- Manage budget allocation, bid strategies, and audience segmentation to maximize ROI.- Collaborate with the design team to develop high-performing creatives and copy.- Monitor key performance metrics CPC, CTR, CAC, ROAS and adjust strategies accordingly.5. E-commerce & Conversion Optimization- Work closely with the e-commerce team to optimize the D2C website (Shopify or similar).- Improve landing pages, product detail pages, and checkout flows for better conversion rates.- Support online sales on marketplace platforms (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, etc.).- Implement SEO best practices to boost organic rankings and traffic.6. Analytics & Reporting- Track, measure, and report on performance across all digital channels.- Generate insights from data and consumer behavior to guide campaign improvements.- Present monthly performance dashboards and recommendations to leadership.7. Collaboration & Leadership- Work closely with product, creative, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.- Manage agencies, freelancers, or interns as needed.- Contribute to brand positioning, creative brainstorming, and go-to-market campaigns.- Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager- Google Analytics / Shopify Analytics- SEO & content optimization tools- Email and marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot)- Strong understanding of D2C consumer behaviour and digital brand storytelling.- Creative thinker with strong visual sensibility and copywriting ability.- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, startup setup.- Strong analytical mindset comfortable with numbers, dashboards, and A/B testing.Preferred Skills:- Experience with beauty product launches, seasonal campaigns, and PR collaborations.- Knowledge of affiliate and referral marketing programs.- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).- Basic knowledge of video production and content editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot are a plus.If the position interests you and you find a fitment kindly Share your cv at- or contactRajat- 7011354635Kindly share- current ctc n notice period- Expected ctc- Open to work in Kandiwali@east- Open to join in 15 days (ref:updazz.com)
