Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Admissions Marketing- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to generate quality leads for admissions.- Collaborate with counsellors and telecallers to ensure lead follow-up and conversion.- Run campaigns for specific courses, offers, and events (online/offline).- Optimize campaigns to achieve monthly admission targets.2. Social Media Management- Manage and grow presence across platforms - Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Justdial.- Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, videos, blogs, etc.) aligned with brand goals.- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to maintain engagement.3. Paid Ads & SEO- Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube promotions, etc.) within budget.- Track ROI, CPC, and conversion rates regularly.- Improve website SEO and ranking through keyword research, backlinks, and content updates.4. Content & Creative Management- Plan and approve digital creatives, promotional videos, and ad copies.- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for campaign visuals.- Maintain consistent branding and tone across all platforms.5. Data Tracking & Reporting- Maintain lead and campaign performance reports.- Analyze data to identify trends and suggest improvements.- Share weekly and monthly performance updates with management.
