Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically strong

Development Lead

to lead the design, customization, and implementation of

Siemens Opcenter MOM

solutions for discrete manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Opcenter architecture, hands-on development experience, and a strong understanding of manufacturing operations. This is a

technical leadership role

with delivery ownership, team coordination, and client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end technical design and development of Siemens Opcenter MOM (including Execution Discrete, Quality, APS, etc.) for large-scale manufacturing deployments. Collaborate with architects, functional analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions. Guide a team of developers in implementing custom features, business rules, interfaces, and data models within the Opcenter platform. Design and implement integrations with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), PLM, SCADA, and other enterprise applications using APIs, web services, and standard connectors. Manage development lifecycle activities including code reviews, performance tuning, defect triage, and release coordination. Enforce best practices for modular development, version control, documentation, and change management. Support pre-sales or discovery activities by contributing to solutioning and technical estimation. Provide technical mentoring, code oversight, and training to junior developers and analysts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 7-10 years of IT experience with at least 3+ years leading
