Organization Overview:Performance Marketing India team works closely with the marketing team in the US to support a wide range of marketing activities, including campaign operations, creative services, project tracking, compliance, and vendor management. The team is involved in every step of the process, from customer acquisition to providing marketing offers and regular updates to keep customers engaged with Synchrony.Role Summary/Purpose:Synchrony is continuing to build a world class Marketing Organization committed to driving results with our retail and payments partners while also delivering leading customer experiences. Within our Growth Organization, our Document and Content Management Team oversees the centralized assembly of disclosures, collateral creation, and the storing of digital assets.Are you passionate about Digital Asset Management and Organizing Assets? Would you enjoy being part of a team responsible for increasing brand control, improving productivity, and being the hub for all of Synchrony\'s digital assets?The Digital Asset Management (DAM) Librarian is an exceptionally detail-oriented and organized thinker and responsible for the curation, organization, documentation, preservation, and management of all digital assets within the (DAM) platform.Essential Responsibilities:Manage ingestion, metadata tagging and cataloging of assets across multiple business platformsAudit assets, metadata, and DAM workflows - including flagging of assets for correctionSupport internal and external users uploads, replace and/or archive digital assetsMaintain accurate procedures and records for the system and roleDevelop and maintain user education and training documentationCollaborate with DAM Leader to report on any key performance indicatorsParticipate in governance of the DAM, including supporting activities to optimize search/filtering functionalityAct as a DAM ambassador, including onboarding of new usersMonitor content quality and troubleshoot workflowsDevelop standard reports and summarize trends for asset usage, adoption, and deliveryContinuously ensure the DAM delivers value to the Synchrony enterpriseQualifications/Requirements:Bachelor\'s degree with 2+ years of Experience in computer science, Information Services, Information Technology or in lieu of a degree 4+ Years of Experience2+ years professional DAM experience in high-volume environment, with strong knowledge of DAM systems2+ years of experience with metadata, taxonomy, cataloging, asset conversion, asset migration and bulk uploading of digital assetsDesired Characteristics:Highly organized, extremely detail oriented, results focused and innovative thinkerAbility to apply a methodically consistent approach to repetitive tasksExcellent understanding of Digital asset Management including metadata management, tagging, taxonomy and governanceExperience with Adobe creative suite, InDesign, Photoshop and IllustratorKnowledge with different file formats used in the creative process of digital assets (print, digital, video and audio)Strong skills and experience working in ExcelEffective at meeting deadlines, adjusting priorities, and working on multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPrior work experience supporting Marketing functions in the Financial Services IndustryExperience training other users on a DAM platformAbility to simultaneously work on multiple high-profile project deliverablesBachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Services, Information TechnologyWorking knowledge of Agile methodologiesStrong problem solving, analysis and reporting skillsEligibility Criteria:Bachelor\'s degree with 2+ years of Experience in computer science, Information Services, Information Technology or in lieu of a degree 4+ Years of ExperienceWork Timings:This role qualifies for Enhanced Flexibility and Choice offered in Synchrony India and will require the incumbent to be available between 06:00 AM Eastern Time - 11:30 AM Eastern Time (timings are anchored to US Eastern hours and will adjust twice a year locally). This window is for meetings with India and US teams. The remaining hours will be flexible for the employee to choose. Exceptions may applyperiodically due to business needs.
