Note :: For this role we require someone who has specific Automation business case experience and is able to articulate a business case for RPA. FMCG (Fast moving consumer goods) experience would be a plus point.

Primary accountabilities & responsibilities

:

Supporting the Ideation and Discovery processes through contributing to proposals, scoping sessions and other content for new process automation and process mining initiatives
Responsible for updating internal tracking tools with scope, business case, progress, risks & issues, dependencies and similar relating to Digital Enablement opportunities
Responsible for highlighting where scope changes may impact the agreed business case and value creation potential
Collaborating with internal and external delivery partners as part of the broader ideation, discovery, build and deploy processes to enable swift and efficient progress towards value creation
Supporting in the collation of the management information required to demonstrate the value creation potential and value realisation of process automation and process mining initiatives
Responsible for ensuring completeness of value creation / benefits cases for all process automation use cases in the automation register, and highlighting gaps to Head of Digital Enablement Context and Scope
Explain how the job gets done and the way it operates within the team and with stakeholders.

This is a global role that looks after all aspect Digital Enablement (Process Automation, Process Mining, and Process Intelligence) across Mars PN with respect to digital growth. This role will have to work hand In hand with a wide range of stakeholders across business & DT organsations, and reporting directly to the Head of Digital Enablement.
This role is expected to build relationships across the business to be a trusted delivery partner. This role will work closely with DT Leads, Mars Global Services teams, global and regional business lead teams, as well as with the broader Architecture of Tomorrow team and other enabling teams as part of a broader teams of 2019 Mars, Incorporated Page 10 of 10 teams' philosophy.

Education & Professional Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant subject (eg Technology, IT, Business and Management)
Relevant non-degree experience (eg Big 4 Apprenticeship schemes) also acceptable Knowledge / Experience
Proven track record of identifying process automation use cases across front, middle and back office functions in large-scale CPG (or adjacent industry) organisations, either as consultant or permanent employee
Proven track record of managing internal and third party teams through the end-to-end design / build / test / deploy lifecycle of process automation projects (RPA - Automation Anywhere, PowerAutomate,
other automation tech)
Experience of using process mining (eg Celonis - highly desirable) and task mining tools (eg Scout - nice to have) to capture and visualize process performance
Experience of drafting high-quality business cases / value creation cases that articulate value as functions of core business KPIs
Experience of PMO processes
Experienced in reporting and briefing to mixture of audiences, such as regional and global functional leadership teams, internal and external delivery teams
Ability to navigate complex matrix organsations in the CPG or adjacent sectors
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities
Experience working in a multi-region business team with potentially conflicting needs/views and ability to navigate a complex organizational landscape
Must be customer focused with demonstrated ability to form productive relationship including business & DT leaders
Ability to generate insightful reports in Excel and PowerBI Key Mars Leadership Competencies (4-6) Refer to the Mars Talent and Development Library

Pay: ₹321,273.67 - ₹2,526,234.00 per year
