A Manager Design - PGOE is responsible for electrical & instrumentation process designing for the implementation of projects related to Packaged Gases Plant, Special Gases, Electronic Gases, etc within the organisation and to external customers including Applications.

Making an impact. What will you do?



In this role, you will be supporting Business, Operations and PGOE Team for developing Electrical & Instrumentation design drawings for Green field & Brown field projects as per the instruction

Also, you will develop layout plan for the Electrical/Instrumentation/Gas Detectors/Utilities for PGP, Special gases and electronic gases projects

Additionally, you will prepare process flow drawing's/ESLD and get it approved from internal and RSE technical team

Additionally, you will support in developing layout drawings for the statutory approvals

In addition to that, you will coordinate with Project team and support for the site design modification's as and when required, support in existing facility Upgradation & Capability Development

Also, you will ensure all plant Design Drawings are accurate and as per the PSI requirement

In this role, you will participate in PHA activities / HAZOP / FMEA studies / model review during progress of project

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and partner/vendors for implementation & embedding of the new process/system

Also, you will support in creation of training materials related to process design and operation including new processes and technologies

Additionally, you need to visit project sites to review the design progress of the project and support the team for any issues during execution/commissioning



Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?



You have a BE / B.Tech degree with specialization in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering

Further, you have minimum 9+ years' experience in Gas, Chemical and Process industry

You also have experience in filed instrumentation & automation, gas analyzer, gas detector, PLC and electrical systems

Also, you have ability to understand P&ID, ESLD and control circuits
