Job Description

Job Responsibilities-

• Designing/Calculation/Selection of the power cables as per client/project requirement for Exports market.
• Reviewing technical specification & accordingly assisting sales team for costing.
• Technically handle the customer from enquiry stage to order execution stage.
• Answer the customer queries related to technical parameters & also calculations.
• Coordinate with manufacturing team for cable construction / design / quality prospect.
• Preparation of the post order documents after receiving the final purchase order received from the customer as per the technical documents submitted.
• Preparation design datasheet for Power Transmission Line Parameters like Ampacity, Inductance, Capacitance, Impedance and Sag Tension by using International Standard (IEC/BS EN/AS/SS/ASTM).
• Proficiency in AUTO-CAD software and PLSCAD Software
• Plan and execute laboratory tests and field trials to validate conductor performance. Analyze test data and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualification -
BE/Btech
Technical -

• Knowledge of MS Office - Excel etc
• Conversant with latest technology and industry - product standards and specifications
• Proficiency in various International standards (IEC:60502-1 , IEC:60502-2 , BS standards

Functional -

• Experience in Designing of Cables ( HT+ LT).
• Coordinating with the end client for any technical related material requirement such as GA drawings, Rating factor, Specifications, QAP etc.

Behavioral -

• Ability to interact independently with sales team.
• Good communication skills, Team player
