Job Description

To support in achieving turnover targets for products handled

To ensure product reliability

To create referral customers ,zone wise ,product wise

To support in making marketing collaterals

To Provide necessary technical details to marketing/ sales and service team

Manage design and development of new products

Estimate project cost, cost of design, manufacturing, installation, etc ., and to control cost within estimated budget

Leading the CFT reviews on projects and provide instructions to ensure progress and completion on time

Standardization of Parts

To work for reduction of COPQ

Guide and motivate the team in trouble shooting and upgrading skills

Appraise the team ,assess gaps and coordinate with HR dept for training to improve the knowledge

Interact with PPC/Production teams during product manufacturing, advising them on design specifications and providing physical assistance when required

Facilitate prototype design for products that requires in-house testing and validation

To interact with manufacturing for timely delivery of products

Interact with various departments and bring out the projects successfully

To support in minimizing the zero hour defect

Visit new product installations and guide in establishing them

Research competitor products and collaborate with design team to generate new ideas to make our products the best

To facilitate in resolving critical complaints

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
