Job Description

Coordinate to understand project vision and develop as per design briefs.

Lead and review projects progress from conceptual stages through to completion

Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements (Bangalore only).

Prepare and present design proposals, detailed drawings, and material specifications/finishes and construction methodology.

Collaborate with structural engineers, contractors, and other professionals including all services - Electrical, Plumbing and Fire protection systems etc

Review and approve project designs, plans

Conduct site visits to check on project progress, quality and construction of design

Ensure project designs are sustainable and environmentally friendly

Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies

Eduational qualification: B Arch/M.Arch

Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in Real Estate Industry, preferably in Residential Buildings, Villas and High rise apartment.

Pay: ?700,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
