Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for skilled and unskilled labor.
Drive outreach initiatives including field visits and recruitment campaigns.
Maintain accurate labor databases and track recruitment progress.
Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records.
Handle employee claims with government authorities (PF, Maternity, etc.).
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and licenses.
Oversee workplace operations and proactively resolve compliance issues.
Manage work injury compensation cases.
Organize employee welfare programs, events, and team-building activities.
Conduct onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
Collaborate with management and production teams to support business needs.
Prepare and present MIS reports on HR metrics to leadership.
Requirements
MBA / MSW in Human Resources (mandatory).
Minimum 7+ years of HR experience (garments/textile industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and payroll management.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
