Scrum Master



Exp: 9-12yrs



Location : Hyderabad



Key Qualifications:


5+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience in software development teams.

Expertise in Jira and Confluence, with the ability to structure and optimize team workflows.

Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience adapting frameworks to evolving teams.

Proven ability to manage capacity planning and estimation, helping teams improve forecasting and efficiency.

Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment across distributed teams.

Experience managing risks, dependencies, and reporting on progress, ensuring smooth execution.

Comfortable operating in ambiguity, proactively defining structure in a fast-moving environment.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills, fostering collaboration across multiple time zones.

Results-driven mindset, ensuring Agile processes lead to measurable improvements.

Experience in change management practices

Understanding of the software development process, software architecture paradigms, and enterprise solution architectures.

A proven track record of success in both large-scale engineering environments and agile "startup" teams. Beneficial Experience

Software engineering, specifically with Python, Node.js, JavaScript / Node.js

Knowledge of AI/ML/Generative AI concepts, processes, and applications.

Experience using Generative AI solutions in your day to day work

Knowledge of cloud-based AI services and infrastructure
