Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced

Manager - Data Science

to lead a dynamic team in developing advanced analytical models, delivering consumer insights, and driving business impact across Loyalty Programs, CRM, and Customer Engagement. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in data science with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, while fostering innovation in areas like predictive modeling, LLMs, and data-driven decision-making.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of advanced

customer segmentation frameworks

,

predictive models

, and

recommendation systems

to enhance loyalty programs and CRM strategies. Oversee

exploratory data analysis (EDA)

to uncover consumer behavior patterns and actionable insights. Be adept at

modern data platforms

such as

Databricks, POWERBI

and leverage

Large Language Models (LLMs)

for advanced analytics and automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Client Success to deliver

data-driven strategies

that strengthen customer engagement. Mentor and manage a team of data scientists, providing guidance, training, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor for data-driven initiatives. Ensure project delivery within timelines while maintaining quality, scalability, and performance of data science solutions. Stay updated with emerging technologies, algorithms, and best practices in AI/ML, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation.

Required QualificationsMaster's or Bachelor's degree in

Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields

. 5+ years of proven experience in

Data Science

, with at least 2+ years in a managerial/team lead role. Demonstrated expertise in

Loyalty Programs, CRM systems, and Consumer Insights

. Strong knowledge of

customer analytics

,

predictive modeling

, and

segmentation techniques

. Hands-on experience with

Databricks, Python, SQL, and Machine Learning frameworks

. Exposure to

LLMs and Generative AI

with practical use cases in customer engagement preferred. Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills. * Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex insights for business stakeholders.
